Membership Info

Hours of operation: 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM Monday through Sunday.

The studio will be closed and unavailable on the following holidays: New Year’s Eve & Day, Martin Luther King, President’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Halloween, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve & Day.

All tiers are a month-to-month subscription, granting you access to the Amy Rose Studio. The membership tiers are as follows:

Tier 1: $150.00 = 2 hours (120 mins.) p/month - Additional hours are available @ $70.00 p/hr.
Tier 2: $300.00 = 4 hours (240 mins.) p/month - Additional hours are available @ $60.00 p/hr.
Tier 3: $550.00 = 8 hours (480 mins.) p/month - Additional hours are available @ $50.00 p/hr.
*Please note that unused hours will not accumulate and will be lost if not used.
Your first membership subscription payment will require a $100 damage deposit. Any additional damages will result in charges to the card on file for the full repairs. The amount will be refunded if not used at the end of your subscription.
Each member is responsible for providing a certificate of insurance for the year or for each date you use the space. Amy Rose Productions must be listed as additional insured.
Optional: For an additional $50.00 monthly, Amy Rose Productions will promote any studio sessions or work you’ve done here on our Facebook and Instagram pages. You’ll receive up to three posts on each platform per month.
Equipment is not included except for the items listed on the Highlights page. However, the furniture in the picture gallery are included.

Access to the building and studio and shared calendar:

You will be emailed a link to access the members-only website with the shared booking calendar and instructions for accessing the building, studio, and alarm system.

Calendar, Booking Time, and Studio Overview:

All members will use a single shared calendar to schedule their time.
Time slots will be offered in 1-hour increments. When scheduling, include enough time for unloading, set up, shooting, breakdown, packing, and studio cleanup. You are responsible for cleaning up the studio for the next person.
Ensuring you schedule the required time for your appointments is crucial. If you exceed your allotted time and no one else is scheduled after you, you will be charged an additional fee based on the tiered additional hours rate. However, if someone else is scheduled after you and you go over your allotted time, you will be billed an additional $100.00 per hour as you are causing the subsequent appointments to run behind schedule. All charges will be automatically billed to the card on file.
Pyrotechnics and open flames are strictly prohibited on premises or building.
No smoking whatsoever is allowed in Premises, building, or within 20 feet of any entrance.
No alcoholic beverages or non-prescription or illegal drugs. No one will be admitted who is drunk or under the influence of illegal substances.
A contract will be emailed for your review and signature, and a Certificate of Insurance will be required.

Cancellation & Policies

Cancelation Policy:
Cancellations of confirmed bookings will result in the following deductions:
72 hours or more before the booking date: All hours booked will be credited back.

24-48 hours before the start of the booking: All hours booked will be deducted from your
monthly hours, as this prevents someone else from using the space.
No equipment or props can be dropped off or picked up before or after the completion of a shoot unless directly negotiated. Additional fees (or time docked) may apply.
Be considerate when booking weekends as they are in high demand and may be subject to limiting availability.
The studio has a full security system and 24-hour recorded video surveillance.
Cyc wall usage - absolutely no food or drink allowed in the cyc area; guests are prohibited from stepping/placing equipment on or near the curved area of the wall as it will get damaged.
